ADRIAN ZIMMERMANN / PROJECTS & IDEAS
I BUILD THINGS THAT USED TO FEEL TOO BIG
YOU CAN JUST DO THINGS NOW.
I build ambitious simulations, games, research tools, and physical prototypes—and share the practical lessons I learn along the way. I am open to consulting, project proposals, investment conversations, and the right role.

TLDR OF EVERYTHING
AI now lets one person attempt projects that recently needed a team: economic simulations, voxel worlds, robots, scientific workflows, and local AI infrastructure. The bottleneck is shifting away from architecture and writing code toward deciding what should exist, explaining it clearly, maintaining direction, and noticing plausible results that are still wrong. The speed is real, but evidence matters more as output gets cheaper. Concepts must be separated from working systems, research must be reproducible, and physical claims still need physical tests. The larger bet is that software will become more personal and hardware more varied, while taste, judgment, and verification remain stubbornly human constraints.
