2. What data does this site process?
The Workshop is published as a static website through Cloudflare Pages. It does not provide user accounts, a newsletter signup, a payment flow, or a contact form. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, timestamp, requested file, referrer, browser, and device information.
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic and page performance. The service records metrics such as visits, page views, referring website, country, device type, browser, operating system, and page-load performance. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint individual visitors, and does not record URL query strings. The site owner receives aggregated statistics rather than individual visitor profiles.
The site's typefaces are stored and delivered with the website. Viewing a page does not send a font request to Google Fonts or another font provider.
The site may contain links to external project repositories, references, or services. Those destinations process data under their own privacy notices once you leave this site.
3. Why is data processed?
Technical request data is processed to deliver the pages, keep the site secure, and diagnose failures. Aggregate Web Analytics data is processed to understand which material readers find useful and to improve the website's performance. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating, evaluating, and improving a secure and useful website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Because Web Analytics does not store information on a visitor's device, no analytics consent cookie is used.
4. How long is data kept?
Retention of technical request and security data is determined by Cloudflare's applicable settings and policies. According to Cloudflare, unsampled Web Analytics beacon data is retained for seven days and older data is aggregated; analytics can currently be accessed for the previous six months. Cloudflare acts as a service provider for the website and provides contractual safeguards for processing and international data transfers through its Data Processing Addendum.

Under the GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive your personal data, and to object to certain processing.
